Thaw in refrigerator.

- Preheat broiler to med. high heat. Place ground turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
- Form turkey mixture into 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Let rest 5 min. in refrigerator while broiler preheats.
- Broil turkey burgers 7-8 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
- Top burgers with mozzarella cheese and broil an additional 30 sec. to melt.
- Toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 min.).
