Yes! We offer three convenient options — in-store pickup at 1274 E Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, local home delivery, and shipping directly to your door. Select your preferred option when you order online.

Our meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. For best taste and quality we recommend cooking them within that window.

If you plan to cook within the next couple of days, meals can be kept refrigerated for 2–3 days.

Most meals cook in 30 minutes or less. Each meal comes with easy step-by-step cooking instructions.
Grab and Go is our convenient off-site pickup program! We bring meals directly to locations in Torrance, Glendora, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Northridge, and Granada Hills on scheduled dates and times. Simply place your order online, swing by your nearest Grab and Go location, and pick up your meals — no delivery fees and no trip to our Pasadena store required!

In-Store Assembly is a fun, hands-on experience where you come into our Pasadena store and make the meals yourself! You’ll get to see exactly what goes into each dish and have a great time putting the ingredients together yourself for freezing and cooking at home later. In-Store Assembly is available on the 3rd Thursday evening and Saturday morning of each month. 

Our meals come in two sizes to fit your household. Our medium size feeds 2-3 people and our large size feeds 4-6 people. If you have bigger appetites at home or want leftovers for lunch the next day, simply order the larger size or add a side dish to round out the meal. 
We offer a rotating monthly menu with a variety of proteins including chicken, beef, and seafood. Full nutritional information is available on our website so you can choose meals that fit your lifestyle.

Our meals may contain common allergens including dairy, eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. If you have severe allergies please contact us before ordering so we can review specific meals with you.

We do not add preservatives to our recipes. A small number of prepared ingredients such as sauces may contain them. Full ingredient details are available on our website.

Some substitutions may be available depending on the meal. Contact us ahead of your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! We host private parties, fundraiser events, and Friends Night Out events. It is a fun and unique experience for groups. Contact us to check availability and book your event.

We are located at 1274 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106. Hours: Monday through Thursday 9am-6pm; Friday and Saturday 9am-12pm.

Parking is easy! There is free parking located right next to our building, or you are welcome to park in front of the store.

Yes! Every meal comes with a detailed recipe card with step-by-step cooking instructions and accurate cook times. Most meals are ready in 30 minutes or less. We recommend reading through the full recipe card before you start cooking so you’re familiar with each step. If you ever have a question about a specific meal’s instructions, call us at (626) 796-7863 and we’ll walk you through it personally. Your dinner coming out perfectly is important to us.
