Turkey Florentine Burgers with Pretzel Buns

Prep Time 30-35 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat broiler to med. high heat. Place ground turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
  2. Form turkey mixture into 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Let rest 5 min. in refrigerator while broiler preheats.
  3. Broil turkey burgers 7-8 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
  4. Top burgers with mozzarella cheese and broil an additional 30 sec. to melt.
  5. Toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 min.).
  6. Massage bag of garlic chive mayo to blend and evenly spread onto each toasted bun. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
