Steak and Chicken Fajitas

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Large
Thaw in refrigerator.

1. Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
2. Place the contents of fajita seasoning bags into a small bowl. Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to fajita seasoning and mix well.
3. Divide the fajita seasoning evenly between the chicken and vegetables bag and the sliced sirloin bag. Seal and massage to coat.
4. Add 2-3 Tbsp. of olive oil to heated skillet. Add chicken and vegetables to hot pan. Allow mixture to sizzle and brown, about 4-5 min. Push to one side of pan.
5. Add sliced sirloin to open space in pan and cook until just browned, about 3-4 min. (internal temp. 155°F).
6. Meanwhile, remove tortillas from bag and heat in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
7. Remove sizzling fajita skillet from heat. Serve immediately with heated tortillas, cheese, and salsa.
