Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
- Place the contents of fajita seasoning bags into a small bowl. Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to fajita seasoning and mix well.
- Divide the fajita seasoning evenly between the chicken and vegetables bag and the sliced sirloin bag. Seal and massage to coat.
- Add 2-3 Tbsp. of olive oil to heated skillet. Add chicken and vegetables to hot pan. Allow mixture to sizzle and brown, about 4-5 min. Push to one side of pan.
- Add sliced sirloin to open space in pan and cook until just browned, about 3-4 min. (internal temp. 155°F).
- Meanwhile, remove tortillas from bag and heat in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
- Remove sizzling fajita skillet from heat. Serve immediately with heated tortillas, cheese, and salsa.
