Outlaw Chicken Burgers with Waffle Fries

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Crispy Shoestring Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken on pan. Bake for 15 min., flipping halfway through (internal temp. 165°F).
2. Meanwhile, slice rolls in half, wrap in foil, place in oven with chicken and warm for 5-10 min. (or slice and place under broiler for 1-2 min.)
3. Slice Swiss cheese in half to form triangles.
4. Remove chicken and rolls from oven, place chicken on bottom half of roll, and top each with fried onions and a triangle of Swiss cheese.
5. Place under the broiler for approx. 1 min. or until cheese melts. 6. Top with chipotle mayo and serve with Crispy Shoestring Fries.
