- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken on pan. Bake for 15 min., flipping halfway through (internal temp. 165°F).
- Meanwhile, slice rolls in half, wrap in foil, place in oven with chicken and warm for 5-10 min. (or slice and place under broiler for 1-2 min.)
- Slice Swiss cheese in half to form triangles.
- Remove chicken and rolls from oven, place chicken on bottom half of roll, and top each with fried onions and a triangle of Swiss cheese.
