Thaw in refrigerator.

- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat pan to med. high and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides about 3-5 min. per side. Lower heat to med. low.
- Meanwhile, place honey mustard sauce in bowl and stir to combine. Brush sauce on both sides of the chicken and add remaining sauce to pan.
- Cover pan and cook 8-10 min., rotating the chicken until cooked through (internal temp. 165°F). If sauce is too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp. of water or chicken stock to the pan as the chicken finishes cooking.
- To serve, remove chicken and pour sauce from the pan over top. Serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.
