Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade, discard marinade. Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into three strips. Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture in bag. Place strips in crumb mixture bag. Seal bag and toss to coat.
- Place coated chicken on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces. Sprinkle remaining crumb mix evenly over tops and press into chicken.
- For golden brown, crispy chicken, spray tops with nonstick cooking spray and bake on bottom rack of the oven for 25 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
