Description

Chicken breasts sliced into tenders coated in a French fried onion and Parmesan panko mixture and baked to a perfect crunch.

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade, discard marinade. Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into three strips. Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture in bag. Place strips in crumb mixture bag. Seal bag and toss to coat.
  3. Place coated chicken on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces. Sprinkle remaining crumb mix evenly over tops and press into chicken.
  4. For golden brown, crispy chicken, spray tops with nonstick cooking spray and bake on bottom rack of the oven for 25 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
