Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, add rice and 1 1/4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 min. Remove from heat and let sit covered 5-10 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
- Meanwhile, spray large saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat on med. high heat. Add chicken mixture and stir fry 2-3 min. until golden brown.
- Add sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 4-5 min. 4.Serve over jasmine rice.
