Thaw in refrigerator.

- Preheat broiler to high. Place beef and bacon mixture into mixing bowl and mix to fully combine. Separate into 3 equal portions and firmly press together to form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle). Allow patties to rest in refrigerator for 10 min.
- Remove from refrigerator and broil for 4-5 min. per side (internal temp. 155°F).
- Toast buns under broiler until golden, about 1 min.
- Top each burger with both cheeses and broil for 1 minute to melt the cheese. 5.Place burger on bottom bun and top with BBQ sauce and French fried onions. 6. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side and Salt & Pepper Fries.
