Tangy Down Home Pork Chops with Mashed Potatoes

Prep Time 20-25 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Seasoned Mashed Potatoes per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. high heat.
  2. Brown pork chops 2-3 min. per side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Add apple mixture and 1/8 tsp. kosher salt to pan, bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 8-10 min. Add pork chops back to pan and cook 2-3 min or until warmed (internal temp. 145°). Remove bay leaf.
  4. Serve pork chops and apple sauce over Seasoned Mashed Potatoes.
