- Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. high heat.
- Brown pork chops 2-3 min. per side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Add apple mixture and 1/8 tsp. kosher salt to pan, bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 8-10 min. Add pork chops back to pan and cook 2-3 min or until warmed (internal temp. 145°). Remove bay leaf.
- Serve pork chops and apple sauce over Seasoned Mashed Potatoes.
