Thaw in refrigerator.
- Heat large saute pan on med. high heat on stovetop, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cauliflower mixture. Cook 4-5 min to brown cauliflower.
- Add spiced sauce, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, and desired amount of chili garlic sauce to cauliflower. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and let simmer 15-20 min., stirring once halfway through.
- To serve: Wrap pita in a damp paper towel and warm in microwave in 10 second bursts. Serve spiced cauliflower and chickpeas with warm pita bread.
