Sonoma Grilled Steaks

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Pour sauce into a small saucepan and add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt. Heat over med. low heat, stirring
    occasionally.
  2. Preheat broiler to high heat.
  3. Meanwhile, pat steaks dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Broil to desired temperature for doneness:
    NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly, add time for thicker steaks.
    125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
    135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
    145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
  5. Top hot steaks with 1 Tbsp. goat cheese.
  6. Spoon sauce over steaks and serve.
    *NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain lines.
