Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a large saucepan over med. high heat, add sirloin and sausage mixture to pan and cook for 5-6 min., breaking it apart with a spatula. 2.Pour 1/2 cup of water into sauce bag, massage to mix and pour into meat mixture. Add desired amount of red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil. 3.Add tortellini to pan with meat and sauce, reduce heat to a simmer and cook 20-30 min. (internal temp. 155°F).
- Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve.
