Thaw in refrigerator.
- Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to crumb mixture bag. Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing mixture onto the pork chop.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large nonstick saute pan over med. high heat. 3.Add pork chops to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until coating turns golden brown and crispy (internal temp. 145°F). NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
