Rio Grande Chicken Fajitas

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Wrap flour tortillas in foil and place in oven for 10-15 min. to warm.
  2. Heat large saute pan over med. high heat, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add desired amount of red pepper flakes to chicken and marinade. When pan is hot, add the chicken and marinade and saute 4 min. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Add the vegetables to the pan, saute for 5-6 min. until liquid evaporates. Turn the heat to high, add chicken back to pan and stir to combine for 1-2 min. 4.Serve fajitas in warmed tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
