Thaw in refrigerator.
- In saute pan over med. high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add both bags of vegetables, 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt and saute 5-6 min. Set aside.
- In same pan, add sirloin and saute 4-5 min. until fully cooked (internal temp. 155°F). Pour off any excess liquid.
- Remove from heat and add cheese, folding into cooked sirloin to melt.
- Toast buns under broiler 1-2 min. Evenly distribute veggies, top with beef and cheese mix.
