Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place pan on baking sheet, remove lid and discard.
- Add 1 cup of water to sauce bag, 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, and desired amount of hot sauce. Massage to combine and pour evenly over ingredients in pan, stir and cover tightly with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake covered for 40-45 min.
- Remove pan from oven and uncover. Drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
- Cover and return to oven for 15-20 min. or until liquid is absorbed (shrimp internal temp. 145°F). 7.Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. Remove bay leaf before serving.

- Remove pan from oven and uncover. Drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
- Cover and return to oven for 15-20 min. or until liquid is absorbed (shrimp internal temp. 145°F).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. Remove bay leaves before serving.
