Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, add rice and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 18-20 min. Remove from heat.
- Add broccoli to top of rice (do not stir). Cover and allow to steam for an additional 5-10 min. Remove broccoli from rice and set aside to keep warm. Fluff rice with fork.
- Meanwhile, preheat a large pan over high heat. Remove sliced sirloin from bag and place on paper towel. Pat dry and break apart sirloin, place into gallon bag with cornstarch and shake until all pieces are coated.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp. of oil to heated pan. Shake off excess cornstarch, add coated sirloin to pan and cook for 4-5 min. The pieces will be brown and crispy (internal temp. 155°F).
- Remove sirloin pieces from pan and set aside. To the same pan, add Mongolian sauce and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling add sirloin and broccoli to sauce and stir. Cook for 1 min. to thicken the sauce. Serve immediately over rice.
