Loaded Mashed Potato Bowl

Prep Time 55-65 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator or bake from frozen.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove and discard lid and set aside bag of bacon. Cover pan with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for:
    THAWED: 35-40 min.
    FROZEN: 50-55 min.
  3. Remove from oven, uncover pan and top with bacon. For extra crispy bacon, saute in a small pan on stovetop over med. high heat for 5-7 min. and set aside to top later when serving.
  4. Bake an additional 10-15 min. uncovered, until brown along the edges.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 min. To serve, place desired amount in bowl and season with salt to taste.
