Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a large skillet over med. high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken and sausage mixture along with 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt. Cook for 5-7 min., stirring to break apart the meat.
- Pour 1 1/8 cups of water into tomato mixture bag and massage to combine. Pour sauce into pan with chicken and stir to blend.
- Stir in orzo and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 min. until orzo is tender (internal temp. 165°F). 4.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
