Garlic Balsamic Marinated Steaks

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Pour sauce into a small saucepan and heat over med. low heat for 3-5 min., stirring occasionally.
  2. Preheat broiler to high heat.
  3. Meanwhile, remove steaks from marinade and discard.
  4. Broil steaks to desired temperature for doneness:
    NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly, add time for thicker steaks.
    125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
    135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
    145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
  5. Let steaks rest for 5 min. Remove bay leaf from warm sauce and spoon over steaks to serve. *NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain lines.
