Cranberry Buttermilk Chicken

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in saute pan over med. high heat.
  2. Remove chicken with tongs and brown 2-3 min. per side. Discard marinade.
  3. Massage sauce bag to combine and add to chicken. Simmer on low,
    covered, for 5-6 min. until sauce is bubbly and thickened (internal temp. 165°F).
  4. Let rest for 1-2 min. Serve drizzled with sauce.
