Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a large saute pan, add au jus and 1 cup of water, stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Place individual roast beef slices into sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2-3 min.
- Meanwhile, preheat broiler to low. Split open buns and toast under broiler 30-60 sec. cut side up. Toast until edges are golden.
- Slice Swiss cheese in half and place evenly on bottom cut side of bread. Place back under the broiler 1-3 min. until cheese is melted.
- To assemble sandwiches, massage horseradish mayonnaise bag to blend, cut corner off and squeeze a line down top side of buns. Using tongs, evenly distribute loosely piled sliced roast beef on each sandwich and close.
- Evenly distribute au jus into three small bowls. Serve on the side of each sandwich for dipping.
