Thaw in refrigerator.
- Heat large saute pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil over med. high heat. Add chicken and brown 2-3 min. per side.
- Add mushroom mixture to chicken, reduce heat to med. low, and simmer uncovered 5-8 min. until onions are soft.
- Meanwhile, over med. heat, place mashed potatoes in med. sauce pan, stirring frequently until heated through and smooth, about 7-10 min.
- Add Marsala sauce to chicken and stir to blend, simmer uncovered 5-6 min. (internal temp. 165°F). Remove from heat and stir cream into Marsala chicken and sauce.
- Let chicken rest for 5 min. Serve over Seasoned Mashed Potatoes.
