Chicken Fajitas with Cheese

Prep Time 10-15 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Heat large saute pan over med. high heat, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. When hot, add the chicken and vegetables and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Saute 4-5 min. or until liquid evaporates. Turn the heat to high and cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 min.
  2. Loosely wrap flour tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve fajitas in warmed tortillas and top with shredded cheese and salsa.
