Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers on Pretzel Buns

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat broiler to high heat.
  2. Place seasoned turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
  3. Separate into 3 equal portions and roll into balls. Press 1 Tbsp. mozzarella into center and form 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick, making sure to seal the
    cheese inside the patty.
  4. Let rest on baking sheet for 5-10 min. in refrigerator.
  5. Broil turkey burgers 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
  6. Toast buns under broiler approx. 1 min.
  7. Top burgers with basil pesto mayo and serve on pretzel buns.
