Charhouse Chicken Sandwich

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat broiler to high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Discard marinade.
  2. Broil for 5-6 min. per side or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165°F).
  3. Evenly distribute cheese on top of chicken and broil an additional 30 sec. to melt.
  4. Place buns in broiler to toast until golden, about 1 min.
  5. Massage bag of seasoned mayo to blend, cut bottom corner of bag and evenly distribute onto each bun. Assemble sandwiches and serve.
