- Preheat broiler to high heat. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add desired amount of cayenne pepper and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to BBQ sauce and mix well. Divide BBQ sauce in half, reserving half for serving on the side and the other half to baste chicken while cooking.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and broil for 5-6 min., flip, and baste cooked side with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 5-6 min. or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165°F).
- Let chicken rest for 5 min. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce and Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
