- Heat large saute pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over high heat.
- Brown chops 2-3 min. per side. Add glaze and 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt. Simmer 5 min. (internal temp. 145°F).
- Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving with Almond Green Beans. *NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will cause them to be tough and dry.
