Thaw in refrigerator
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Lay tortillas on clean cooking surface. Massage filling bag to incorporate veggies and spices. Evenly divide filling mixture among tortillas. Then distribute queso sauce (light orange bag) evenly over filling.
- Roll tortillas one at a time and place in baking dish seam-side down. 4. Bake for 20-25 min.
- Massage salsa and queso bag (red/orange) to blend and top enchiladas with sauce and shredded cheese.
- Bake an additional 10-15 min. until cheese is melted.
