Thaw in refrigerator.

- Heat sauté pan over med. heat with 3 Tbsp. of oil. Do not use cooking spray.
- Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to sesame seed breadcrumb mixture. Shake to combine.
- Remove chicken breast from buttermilk, place in sesame seed breadcrumb mixture and toss to coat.
- In heated pan with oil cook chicken 5-6 min. on one side. Before turning, top each chicken breast with 1 tsp. oil.
- Turn and cook an additional 4-6 min., until crisp and golden brown, decrease heat if browning too quickly (internal temp 165°F).
- Meanwhile, add dipping sauce, 1 tsp. of kosher salt, and desired amount of Sriracha to small sauce pot. Over med. high heat, simmer 8-10 min. until sauce begins to thicken.
- Serve chicken with dipping sauce on the side or drizzled over the top, along with Sweet Gingered Carrots.
