Thaw in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a med. bowl, thoroughly combine turkey mixture and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle). Place patties on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15-17 min. or until cooked through (internal temp. 165°F).
- Turn oven to broil and brown turkey patties for 2 more min. In last min. of cooking, add buns and toast until golden brown.
- Massage cranberry-mayo bag to recombine. Place turkey gravy in microwave safe bowl and heat in 30-60 sec. intervals until warm, stirring to combine.
- To assemble burgers: Place burger on bottom bun, top with cranberry-mayo, and a heaping mound of French-fried onions and top bun.
- Serve with heated gravy as dipping sauce and Sweet Potato Fries.
