Thaw in refrigerator.
- ln a saucepan, add rice and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 18-20 min. Remove from heat and let sit covered 5 min.
- ln a large saute pan over med. high heat, cook sirloin for 3-4 min. (internal temp. 155°F). Drain excess liquid from pan.
- Add cooked rice and peas to the same pan as the sirloin and cook an additional 1-2 min., stirring constantly.
- Add sauce to pan and stir until all rice is coated. Cook 2-3 minutes, until most of the sauce has absorbed into the rice.
