Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, place seasoned meatball mixture with 1/4 tsp. kosher salt and using a fork, thoroughly break apart. Add ground beef to mixture and thoroughly combine. Firmly roll 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Spray a med. baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and evenly distribute meatballs across pan and place in oven.
- Bake for 25-30 min. until browned and cooked through (internal temp. 155°F).
- Meanwhile, bring large covered pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook 6-7 min. Drain and set aside.
- Before meatballs are done, heat a large saute pan over med. heat. Add seasoned mushrooms and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to pan and cook for 4-5 min.
- Add gravy base liquid and 1 1/2 cups of water to pan, stir to combine. Bring sauce to a boil and then turn down the heat and let simmer. The gravy should thicken and become glossy. 8.Add cooked meatballs to gravy and serve immediately over egg noodles.

- Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and evenly distribute meatballs across pan and place in oven.
- Bake for 25-30 min. until browned and cooked through (internal temp. 155°F).
