Thaw in refrigerator. DO NOT THAW PUFF PASTRY
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate frozen puff pastry squares and place on baking sheet to thaw 15-20 min.
- Spray 6 regular size muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press 1 puff pastry square into each muffin cup.
- Evenly divide bacon and cheese mixture into each cup.
- Add 1/8 tsp. kosher salt to seasoned egg mixture and massage until thoroughly mixed. Evenly divide egg mixture between muffin cups.
