Description

Golden, flaky puff pastry filled with a rich blend of eggs, Swiss cheese, and crisp bacon—baked into perfectly portioned individual quiches.

Prep Time 60-65 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator. DO NOT THAW PUFF PASTRY

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate frozen puff pastry squares and place on baking sheet to thaw 15-20 min.
  2. Spray 6 regular size muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Press 1 puff pastry square into each muffin cup.
  4. Evenly divide bacon and cheese mixture into each cup.
  5. Add 1/8 tsp. kosher salt to seasoned egg mixture and massage until thoroughly mixed. Evenly divide egg mixture between muffin cups.
  6. Bring corners of puff pastry sheets together and pinch corners together until sealed closed.
  7. Bake 35-40 min., until pastry is golden brown and egg filling is firm. 8.Remove from oven and let quiche puffs rest 5-10 min. in the muffin tin before serving.
