Thaw in refrigerator.
- Soak bamboo skewers in a shallow dish filled with water for 20 min. Meanwhile, preheat broiler to high and remove steaks from packaging.
- Cut steaks into 1-inch cubes and thread onto bamboo skewers.
- Broil to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly, adding time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 3-4 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-7 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 7-9 min. per side)
- Set aside and allow to rest.
- In a small pot, over med. low heat, add mojo seasoning and cook for 30 sec. while stirring. Add in mojo sauce mix and cook for 2 min. to heat through.
- To serve: toss skewers in mojo sauce. Plate kabobs and top with pineapple salsa and any remaining mojo sauce.
