Description

Mediterranean spiced ground turkey meatballs with spinach and red onion paired with a refreshing dill yogurt sauce.

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey meatball mixture and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  3. Meanwhile, add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to sauce and massage to combine.
  4. Serve Tzatziki sauce with Greek turkey meatballs.
