Description

Chicken breasts seasoned with oregano and olive oil and topped with fresh lemon slices and feta cheese. Served with Toasted Orzo.

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Toasted Orzo per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Discard marinade.
  2. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of lemon. Drizzle remaining olive oil from lemon bag evenly over chicken and bake for 10-12 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  3. Lift lemon slice from chicken and evenly distribute feta cheese on top of chicken. Replace lemon slice on chicken and cook additional 1-2 min. to slightly melt cheese. Serve with Toasted Orzo.
