Description

Lean ground chuck burgers topped with gorgonzola cheese crumbles and roasted garlic aioli.

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat broiler to high heat. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with burger seasoning and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt. Portion into 3 equal patties. Indent the middle of each patty so they cook evenly. Set aside for 5 min. to rest.
  3. Broil patties for 5-6 min. each side (internal temp. 155°F). Add gorgonzola cheese on top of patties and cook for 1-2 min. or until melted. Remove from broiler and let rest.
  4. Meanwhile, toast buns under broiler until golden, about 1 min.
  5. To assemble burgers: place patty on bun and spread roasted garlic aioli on top bun.
