Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.
- Preheat broiler to high heat.
- Add 1/2 the bag of French fried onions to seasoned ground turkey, massage to blend.
- Separate into 3 equal portions and firmly press turkey together to form 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Allow patties to rest in refrigerator for 10 min.
- Remove from refrigerator and broil for 5-6 min per side (internal temp. 165°F).
- Meanwhile, toast buns under broiler until golden, about 1 min.
- Top turkey burgers equally with seasoned mayo and remaining French fried onions. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
