Description

A versatile chili with ground beef, kidney beans, and black beans, infused with flavors of smoky chipotle and garlic. Served with Cheddar Cornbread Muffins.

Prep Time 60-70 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Cheddar Cornbread Muffins per separate cooking instructions.

  1. In large pot over med. high heat, brown ground beef, about 5-7 min. and drain excess liquid.
  2. Add chili mixture and 3⁄4 cup of water to browned beef, cover and simmer 30-40 min.
  3. Add beans to chili and simmer an additional 20 min.
  4. Top each serving of chili with cheese and serve with Cheddar Cornbread Muffins.
