Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Heat large saute pan over med. heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add Parmesan crust mixture. Stir constantly to toast to a golden brown, 2-3 min. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Season chicken with desired amount of salt and pepper. Spray same pan with nonstick cooking spray, add chicken and brown 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
  4. Top chicken with Parmesan crust and serve with Almond Green Beans.
