Thaw in refrigerator. Makes 2 Calzones (1 dough round each).
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed dough on cutting board and roll in flour. Let rest 10-15 min.
- Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to cheese mixture and massage to combine. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Flatten each dough by hand or with rolling pin to form about a 12-inch circle.
- Place one dough on baking sheet. On one half of dough circle place 2 Tbsp. of marinara, evenly distribute cheese mixture, meat, and toppings as desired. Reserve remaining marinara sauce for dipping.
- Fold in half to cover filling and pinch edges together tightly. Cut three, 2-inch slits in top of dough to release steam. Repeat steps 4-5 with remaining dough.
