Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade and place in baking dish. Discard marinade.
- Spread lite ranch sauce mixture over chicken breasts.
- Bake uncovered for 10-15 min. Sprinkle with cheese/bacon topping mixture and continue to cook 10-15 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
- Meanwhile, place mashed potatoes in medium saucepan over med. heat. Stir frequently until heated through and smooth, 7-10 min.
- Place chicken on top of potatoes and drizzle with pan juices.
