Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat broiler to high heat.
- Using tongs, remove chicken from marinade and place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Discard marinade.
- Broil for 4-6 min. per side, or until chicken breasts are cooked through (internal temp. 165°F). Meanwhile, add desired amount of buffalo sauce to cream cheese mixture and massage to combine.
- Place mozzarella cheese on top of chicken breasts and cook until cheese is melted, about 1-2 min.
- Remove chicken from oven and let rest. Place buns in oven and toast for 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
- To assemble, place chicken breast on toasted bun, evenly distribute buffalo cream cheese mixture on top of bun and add other toppings of your choice.
