Description

Cheese-filled ravioli and diced chicken are tossed with a creamy pesto sauce and topped with walnuts.

Prep Time 10-15 min. | Medium
COOK FROM THAWED OR FROZEN.
THAWED

  1. Bring a large, covered pot of water to boil over high heat, add ravioli and cook until most of the ravioli float to the surface, about 4-5 min. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, place chicken and sauce ingredients in a med. saute pan. Bring to boil over med. heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 min. to thicken sauce, stir occasionally.
  3. Add ravioli and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.

FROZEN

  1. Place frozen chicken and sauce in med. saute pan, cover and slowly heat on low until thawed. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 min. to thicken sauce, stirring occasionally.
