Thaw in refrigerator.
- Add desired amount of red pepper flakes to marinating chicken. Massage chicken in sealed bag to coat.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. heat. Using tongs,
remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken in pan and brown 4-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F). - Meanwhile, warm pita bread in the microwave at 10 second intervals until soft and warm.
- To serve, slice chicken breasts into strips. On each pita round, evenly distribute hummus and top with sliced chicken.
